At carving.co.in, we are committed to delivering premium-quality interior design products. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, we are here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Products are eligible for exchange only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product received is different from the one ordered.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs or a short video clearly showing the defect or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once our team verifies the claim, the exchange request will be approved.

3. Pickup & Delivery

  • we will arrange the pickup of the defective product from the original delivery address.

  • The replacement product will be delivered at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

  • Customers are requested to keep the product in its original packaging, wherever possible, until it is collected.

4. Exchange Timeline

  • Approved exchanges will be processed within 7 business days from the date the defective product is picked up.

  • Delivery timelines for the replacement product may vary depending on product availability and location.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

  • Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Karving Design or its authorized representatives.

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, grain, or finish that naturally occur in wood, stone, metal, leather, fabric, or handcrafted products.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

6. Inspection & Approval

All returned products will be inspected upon pickup and again at our quality control facility. Karving Design reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
